Fullchamp General Manager is an adorser of the saying. Thus, over the years, he has led the employees to work together to plant trees, clean the land, save water, educate students with environmental topics, and participate in the community...etc. Fullchamp is actively committed to the implementation of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the European Unions, and to strengthen ESG (Environmental, Social, governance).

[Tree Planting, Land Clearing]

On the occasion of Fullchamp's 20th anniversary in 2022, the General Manager led all employees and family members to plant the "Yellow Sophora Tree" at the "Little Yellow Mountain Scenic Area" with the theme of "Protecting the River. and Loving the Earth". The "Yellow Sophora Tree", which symbolises "being kind to others" and "friendship", were planted at the area to show the spirit of "sustainable development" and bring a cleaner and better home to the next generation. The event continues to be a regular monthly event to plant trees and clean up the surrending land, with Fullchamp and the Local Ecology Conservation Society working together to maintain a beautiful landscape and environment.

[Water Conservation, Environmental Education]

SDGs target 6 is to "ensure access to water, sanitation and sustainable management for all" (Clean Water and Sanitation) Fullchamp 2022.03 onwards has introduced an in-plant wastewater recycling system. The water is then used for process cleaning, green planting and ecological pond, with each drop of water being recycled 2.01 times on average before being discharged. From 2023.03 onwards, the "Environmental Education Light Tour" has been held regularly and is now in its third phase, introducing the wastewater recycling system to students in community schools and inculcating the concept of water conservation, water saving and careful use of water, in the hope of cherishing water resources together.

[Caring Community]

In the summer of 2022, Fullchamp invited local artists and students from the community's elementary school art classes to create a painting of the exterior of the factory with the theme "Technology for the Future, Towards the World". It's a good opportunity to let the local artist "Shine" by showing her talent. For the students, it's a precious chance for them to demonstrate what they had learnt. It's all about the community involment with mutual growth. In addition, Fullchamp employees visit the neighbouring schools every month to maintain the environment and interact with the students, bringing them closer to each other and, more importantly, making them understand that "everyone is responsible for a friendly environment".
