On Friday, December 12, international students from Dayeh University visited Fullchamp for an immersive tour that brought together manufacturing excellence and ESG thinking.

Led by Professor Meng-Yi Tsai from the Department of Business Administration, a group of 30 sophomore students and faculty members participated in the visit.  The program was thoughtfully arranged into two sessions—a corporate briefing and a factory tour—to ensure a smooth learning flow and a deeper, more hands-on experience.

During the factory tour, students visited the forging workshop, machining workshop, laboratory, and finished-goods warehouse.  They gained first-hand insights into how Fullchamp leverages advanced manufacturing and production-line automation to enhance quality and efficiency while reducing process waste, thereby putting environmental sustainability (E) into practice.  Through smart manufacturing and rigorous quality management, Fullchamp demonstrated how manufacturing competitiveness can go hand in hand with carbon-reduction thinking.

Through this visit, students were able to closely observe Fullchamp’s working environment, operational processes, and on-site management systems.  They left with a strong and positive impression of the company’s overall plant layout, equipment standards, workplace safety, and professional yet friendly working atmosphere.  During discussions and feedback sessions, many students expressed that Fullchamp offers well-structured systems and strong opportunities for learning and development, with a professional and supportive work environment that aligns with their expectations for future career growth.  Several students also shared their interest in potential internships, recruitment opportunities, or future employment at Fullchamp.

The visit also highlighted Fullchamp’s international business model, talent development approach, and workplace safety systems, reflecting the company’s commitment to employees and society (S).  In addition, transparent processes and standardized management practices underscored Fullchamp’s strong corporate governance (G).  The visit was lively and engaging, allowing students to witness Fullchamp’s professionalism and innovation firsthand—and transforming ESG from classroom theory into tangible, real-world corporate action.
