The health of our employees has always been a key concern for Fullchamp. Through a series of integrated health care services, such as annual health check-ups, quarterly health talks and monthly occupational health consultations, we are able to achieve early prevention and appropriate correction.

Since its establishment, Fullchamp has been providing annual health check-ups for its employees to monitor their health condition regularly for "early detection and early treatment", and providing general health check-ups and special health check-ups for employees with different work nature (high temperature operation, noise, etc.), with special health check-ups to monitor the health condition of employees in special operations to avoid possible occupational hazards.

In addition, since 2020, we have introduced professional occupational medicine and nursing services to our factory, and our employees have found the personalised health and disease tracking services very useful. This will make our staff feel happy and have a good "liver".

At the top of the list, Fullchamp will also organise quarterly health talks starting from 2020 in order to continuously raise staff's awareness of their own health and to convey the correct medical concepts. A health talk on "Dental Health Tips" is scheduled to be held on 2023.10, which is closely related to staff. Fullchamp will continue to be the best gatekeeper for the health of our employees!
