"In order to help our employees understand and prevent this disease, we held a health seminar to help them understand the causes and prevention of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD). On 2023.04.07, Dr. Zhang Hongwei from the Department of Family Medicine of Tzu Chi Hospital was invited to give a talk in the company's cafeteria.

During the presentation, Dr. Chang will have a direct Q&A session with the staff, so that they can understand and deepen their impression at the first time, and some of them even shared their typical symptoms including acid reflux, burning sensation in the chest, coughing, etc. during the talk, so that they can better understand how to prevent and protect themselves in the future.

In addition, a "free one-on-one talk" was arranged between the staff and the doctor after the talk, so that the staff could really feel the Fullchamp philosophy of putting people first. What's more, after listening to the talk, the staff can share health information with their family members, so that not only the staff members themselves but also their family members can learn about health.
