To express gratitude for colleagues’ hard work and dedication throughout the year, Fullchamp held the “2024 Labor Day Model Worker Commendation” event on April 30th at 9:00am to recognize outstanding partners from the past year.  Through company-wide nominations and rigorous evaluation, a total of 11 partners were selected as this year’s model workers.

In addition to fundamental criteria such as work ethic and cross-departmental collaboration, this selection process particularly emphasized the demonstration of agile actions in “continuous improvement” and an entrepreneurial spirit.

During the opening remarks, the managing-level executives not only extended their sincerest congratulations and recognition to the award-winning partners but also showcased the company’s emphasis on talent.  YS’s words resonated deeply with everyone: “Our partners are vital assets for the company’s sustainable development.  The work capabilities and attitudes of each award recipient are worthy of emulation.”  YS further affirmed the contributions of the 11 model partners, highlighting their high level of professionalism and positive attitude in their respective roles.  They have embodied Fullchamp’s corporate values—integrity, responsibility, and respect for rules—through their actions.  Their performance has not only brought positive impact but has also inspired fellow colleagues to grow together.

What is particularly pride-inducing is that this year’s model partners account for a remarkable 6% of the entire workforce, demonstrating the abundance of exceptional talent within our company! YS specifically commended two Thai colleagues who displayed astonishing learning agility and adaptability.  Their proactive efforts in learning Chinese, enabling them to understand supervisors’ instructions and respond in Chinese, are truly admirable.

This also fully embodies Fullchamp’s corporate culture that values diversity and inclusion.
