For many women, balancing professional responsibilities with caregiving and household duties is a daily reality.  In recognition of these multiple roles, the Fullchamp Employee Welfare Committee hosted a special appreciation dinner exclusively for female team members on June 27, building on the warm spirit of the International Women’s Day tea gathering held earlier on March 8.

The event welcomed 30 female team members from across departments, offering them a rare opportunity to relax, recharge, and feel genuinely appreciated—an embodiment of Fullchamp’s ongoing commitment to gender equality and employee well-being.

This intimate gathering took place at Dieh Wu Flower Between, a seasonal set-menu restaurant in Zhushan, Nantou, known for its use of 100% locally sourced ingredients from Nantou County.  The restaurant emphasizes a serene garden atmosphere, an artistic ambiance, and partnerships with eco-friendly local farmers.  Inspired by the poetic imagery of “butterflies among flowers,” the setting symbolized the gentle resilience and strength of women。

In the midst of a busy life, women deserve moments to pause, feel cared for, and be recognized.

During the lunch, one colleague—also a mother of two—shared joyfully:

“This is the first time in a long while that I could sit down, enjoy a quiet meal, and have a real conversation.  It’s such a blessing!”

The General Manager- YS also expressed heartfelt gratitude to those present:

“The best way to show appreciation isn’t just about good food—  it’s about choosing a place that warms the heart and creates lasting memories.  This event is our sincere thank-you to each of you for all the hard work and dedication you give every day.  May this gathering be your personal moment of replenishment and joy.”

Through this thoughtful event, Fullchamp not only reinforced its appreciation for women at Fullchamp, but also visibly demonstrated its commitment to building a gender-inclusive and supportive workplace.  We firmly believe that every woman deserves to be heard, cared for, and seen.
