On January 24, 2026, Fullchamp—Ronal Group’s forging plant in Taiwan—hosted its 2025 Year-End Appreciation Banquet (Wei-ya).  The event brought together 244 attendees, including employees and their families, alongside representatives from 23 key suppliers and clients.  Beyond celebrating a year of success, this event highlighted the profound and enduring connection that unites Ronal Group and Fullchamp.

We were thrilled to have COO Mr. Michael Weis and CSO Mr. Mirco Herrmann join us from Europe for this year’s festivities.  Their presence made the celebration truly special as they shared the joy with our entire Taiwan team.

• Representing the Board of Directors, COO Mr. Michael Weis extended a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff. He highlighted Fullchamp’s vital role as a key foundation for Ronal Group’s success in the APAC market and shared his unwavering confidence in the team led by the MD YS as they build a bright future together.
• CSO Mr. Mirco Herrmann expressed his strong appreciation for Fullchamp’s strategic role. He noted that as a premier facility, our technical mastery in producing wheels for elite Italian supercar clients is a vital asset to the Group.   Herrmann also shared how moved he was by the team’s professional spirit and genuine hospitality, commending them as a true embodiment of excellence in our corporate culture.

Fullchamp has grown steadily for 23 years since its establishment in 2002.  One of the centerpiece moments of the evening was the “Long Service Awards,” recognizing the loyal team members who have been the backbone of our growth and success since the very beginning.

• Celebrating 10 Years of Commitment: 7 of our colleagues were honored with Swiss Tissot watches and personalized miniature alloy wheels. Each wheel was specially engraved with their name and employee ID to commemorate a decade of growth together.
• Celebrating 20 Years: 5 of our longtime comrades-in-arms were honored with beautiful “20th Anniversary Commemorative Gold Medals.” Their steadfast spirit and devotion remain Fullchamp’s most valuable asset, driving us to overcome every obstacle and reach new heights together.

Understanding that a strong family is the foundation of our success, MD YS surprised our team members’ families with festive red envelopes and gifts, showcasing the heart of Ronal Group’s culture: caring for our people and their loved ones.

YS noted that our success is built on the perfect fusion of “Swiss Management and German Craftsmanship.”  He thanked Ronal Group for its unwavering support, which allowed us to “go against the grain” and reward our staff with a performance-based bonus despite industry challenges.  Beyond thanking our community and partners, YS gave a special salute to COO Mr. Michael Weis and CSO Mr. Mirco Herrmann.  Their leadership was instrumental in providing the essential resources needed for our technological innovation and production upgrades, paving the way for our remarkable progress this year.

Our celebration featured a grand traditional feast and breathtaking Chinese artistry, sharing the beauty of Taiwan’s culture with the Ronal family worldwide.  To wrap up the festivities, our Welfare Committee shared a touch of sweetness and wellness by gifting warm mini-pancakes and Xiaomi smartwatches to everyone.  We were also presented with commemorative pens featuring the Ronal Group’s 6 Core Values, a reminder that each of us is a “Writer of our Vision.”  Entering 2026, Fullchamp is filled with energy and ready to collaborate with our Ronal colleagues across the globe to reach even greater heights together.
