Fullchamp’s Environmental Education Journey 2.0 kicked off on March 12, 2024. So far, 3 activities have been held, attracting a total of 38 students and 4 teachers from the popular music club and volleyball club of YanPing Elementary School in ZhuShan Town, together with Fullchamp embarks on a unique learning journey.

The Environmental Education Journey 2.0 aims to promote the importance of waste recycling and reuse, arouse students' environmental awareness and creativity, and contribute to creating a sustainable future. At each event, the lecturer takes the students to visit the factory and explains how the sewage/sludge and waste oil generated by Fullchamp when producing wheels are transformed into precious resources again:

• Ecosystem Pond with Reclaimed Water: After the initial filtration and sedimentation of the wastewater treatment plant, Fullchamp’s sewage is guided to the PLANBLUE water filtration area. The recycled water after seven filtration processes is reused for cleaning wheels and irrigating flowers and plants. And the filtered part of the recovered water will be introduced into the ecological pond to raise fish, providing a habitat for aquatic organisms and promoting ecological balance.
• Inorganic Sludge Turns into Sidewalk Bricks: The inorganic sludge produced during the heat treatment of wheels should be recycled by the silt manufacturer after the initial moisture removal. Manufacturers use innovative technologies and environmentally friendly construction methods to recycle the inorganic sludge into sidewalk bricks, reducing construction waste and creating a more livable urban environment.
• Waste Oil is Transformed into Fuel and Oil/Water Phase Resource Products: The waste oil collected during wheel cutting is processed through oil-water and solid-liquid separation and then made into oil/water phase resource products and RDF-5 solid Fuel can be used as boiler fuel and power generation fuel to reduce dependence on fossil fuels, reduce carbon emissions, and promote energy transformation.

In order to let the students experience the fun of waste recycling, the lecturers carefully prepared empty milk cartons, plastic bottle caps, bamboo sticks and ties, and led the students to make a "balloon-powered car". Students used their imagination and creativity to give new life to waste. Through simple explanations and hands-on practice, students deeply understood the importance of waste recycling and reuse. The lecturers also felt from the feedback from the activities that these elementary school students are very willing to apply the acquired knowledge to daily life, starting from themselves, and contributing to the sustainable development of the earth.

"Leading learning partners to understand that innovative technologies can be used to reuse limited resources infinitely." This is one of the reasons why Fullchamp actively promotes and insists on organizing the journey for environmental education.

Adhering to the concept of "local friendliness", Fullchamp has integrated environmental protection actions into daily life since the establishment of the factory: it cooperates with XiaoHuangShan Natural Ecology Association and ZhuShan Elementary School to beautify the environment of XiaoHuangShan Scenic Area and the campus environment, and practices " Environmentally Friendly; No Garbage on The Ground" spirit; In addition, primary school students and teachers from nearby neighborhoods are invited to the factory every month to participate in environmental education activities; This summer, we will invite residents from the Community Development Association and volunteers from the Ecological Association to experience the "Environmental Education Journey 2.0 - In-depth Understanding of Waste Reuse" activity at Fullchamp. In an entertaining and educational way, all participating villagers and partners can witness Fullchamp’s efforts and achievements in environmental sustainability.
