Fullchamp takes "full participation, continuous improvement, and pursuit of excellence" as its business philosophy. Since 2016, it has included the QCC Quality Control Circle activity as a key annual task.  It is held twice a year to continuously improve product quality and overall management effectiveness of the company.

The 15th Quality Control Circle Results Presentation on December 27 further demonstrated Fullchamp’s determination to actively digitize.  From the cheers at the press conference, we also strongly felt the high degree of teamwork spirit of each group!  Some participating groups used the assistance of digital & AI tools to greatly improve efficiency from data query to visual presentation of presentation content.  It not only demonstrates Fullchamp's efforts in digital transformation, but also demonstrates Fullchamp's enthusiasm for continuous improvement from top to bottom.

[Drawing a circle], [Truck circle], and [Jumping through a fire circle] won the 3^rd, 2^nd, and 1^st place respectively due to their innovative thinking and outstanding performance.

• The 3rd place - Development Department  [Drawing a circle]: Theme "The time for querying the correlation between blank materials and finished products is reduced by more than 50% and is easy to use"
• The 2^nd place - Quality Assurance Department [Truck Circle]: Theme "Improve the efficiency of heat treatment furnace calibration by 40%"
• The 1^st place - Supply Chain Management Department & Business Department [Jumping through fire hoops]: Theme "Improve packaging design and reduce packaging material costs by 30%"

Fullchamp's QCC activities are deeply embedded in the corporate culture.  Under the leadership of the general manager, all colleagues successfully achieved significant savings in material costs and optimized the production process through the QCC project.  Colleagues go deep into the process, explore improvement potential, and work together to create innovative solutions.  These results not only bring fruitful benefits to the company, but also demonstrate the excellent execution and innovative spirit of the Fullchamp team, injecting strong impetus into the company's sustainable development.
