Fullchamp attaches great importance to the health and welfare of each employee and conducts two regular health check-ups every year.  This year, a general health examination for all employees was conducted on Sep. 2, and a special health examination was conducted for most colleagues in the production line on Sep. 9.

General Health Check

Employers are required by law to conduct physical examinations for employees on the job once every three years.  In addition to preventing occupational disasters, they also understand the health status of employees, arrange appropriate work, and prevent overwork.  There are 6 basic categories of general physical health examinations stipulated by law, but we are increasing the categories of examinations year by year, and now there are 25 categories, which is better than the law.

Fullchamp provides sophisticated ultrasound examinations of the abdomen and neck; it also introduces advanced fundus photography technology to examine each colleague’s optic nerve/retina structure and function, and detect whether there are hidden precursors to glaucoma and macular degeneration.

Special Health Checks

Workers engaged in operations that are particularly hazardous to health.  Inspection items include: noise, high temperature, and dust.  According to regulations, special physical examinations to prevent occupational disasters and health guidance, tracking, and implementation of hierarchical management and appropriate labor allocation and other management measures should be carried out every year.

Fullchamp believes that health is an important asset for its employees.  Conducting regular physical health examinations for employees every year not only takes good care of the health of colleagues, but also shows concern for colleagues. Although the government requires health examinations to be carried out at least once every three years, and we have always attached great importance to the health of our employees, the General Manager of Fullchamp insists on performing it once a year out of sympathy for our hard-working colleagues!

Fullchamp has hired occupational doctors and nurses to visit the factory every month to provide health consultation and care for colleagues since 2019.  After each health checkup report is obtained, we list the six abnormal indicators of the year and provide occupational medical and occupational care for improvement tracking to implement occupational injury prevention and health protection.  The average annual tracking improvement reaches more than 10%.
